At Oh Clementine, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a fit isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
After our studio inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
